Flavia Burton is a Visiting Professor with the Department of Decision and System Sciences (DSS) in the Haub School of Business. She teaches Business Statistics (DSS 210), Business Analytics (DSS 220), Business Statistics for MBA (DSS 560), Business Analytics (DSS 525) and Forecasting (DSS 593). Prior to this, she was Senior Lecturer in Statistics and Finance at the Coles School of Business. Prior to teaching, Prof Burton worked on Wall Street for over 10 years in Public Finance and Quantitative Analytics. Prof. Burton has an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She also has a B.S. in Mathematics from M.I.T.
