I have a few projects that I am currently working on that I look forward to seeing come to fruition. Our managing neurodiversity in the workplace minor is something that has been a long time in the making, and I think it will greatly improve work opportunities for individuals with autism. I am also hoping to digitalize and research Kinney trainings so that they are accessible to professionals beyond the Philadelphia Region.

4. What is one thing that surprised you about working at Kinney?

The flexibility and resilience of our full time staff, graduate assistant and GAs is truly remarkable. They are able to pivot at a moments notice, and are rarely phased. My previous work experiences had been quite different. I have learned so much from them.

5. What is your favorite thing to do outside of Kinney?

Most of my time outside of Kinney especially for the last 6 months has been spent taking care of my two children. When I do have time for myself I enjoy doing pottery, writing and refurbishing furniture to resell. But during COVID times, binge watching Greys Anatomy late at night helps me unwind.
