Jackie is a Registered Behavior Technician who has been involved in the behavior health industry for 8 years. After graduating from Temple University with a Bachelors of Art in Adult and Organizational Development, she began working for a non-profit organization. She worked in the high school program as a Direct Support Professional. After 4 years Jackie transitioned from a school-based environment to a residential setting. She started as a shift supervisor before becoming a manager. Jackie’s management style is hands-on and supportive. She has extensive knowledge from working in a school and residential setting. She is always willing to give insight to those who want to learn more.
Jackie’s background primarily consists of assisting high school aged youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism, behavioral challenges and mental health. While working in residential she also supported the families. She has extensive training in crisis management and de-escalation techniques.
Jackie is currently enrolled in Saint Joseph’s Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Master’s program.
She is very excited to be a part of the Kinney team to assist in moving the center forward with innovative and cutting-edge training, services, and residential and vocational programming.
