Food Marketing Post-Master Certificate
You’ve earned your master’s degree, but now you find yourself in a business field that is not the focus of your degree: the food industry. You enjoy the work and look forward to the challenges, but you know you’d be more effective if there were only some way to expand your understanding of the industry. There is.
Saint Joseph’s University’s Food Marketing Post-Graduate Certificate is perfect for food industry executives interested in augmenting their graduate degree with industry-specific insights applicable to the opportunities they – you – face daily.
Our Post-Graduate Certificate program is a non-degree program. Participants earn their certificate by successfully completing six courses they select from a diverse and comprehensive list, covering topics like food marketing strategy, market segmentation, target marketing, food marketing research, food consumer behavior, international food marketing, foodservice, food retailing, new product development and more.
We offer rolling enrollment; therefore, students may start at any time. The program is self-paced, so participants determine how many – or how few – courses they wish to take in any semester. Courses are taught at our off-campus Executive Conference Center in a unique Friday/Saturday two-day format. You’ll also have the option to enroll in online courses, or mix traditional courses with online courses.
The Food Marketing programs at Saint Joseph's University have earned a reputation for excellence among industry stakeholders in academia, government, and private industry. A post-master’s certificate in food marketing from Saint Joseph’s is the only program of its kind available through an AACSB-accredited business school.
