Weekly Schedule

On campus: each course is completed in just one Friday/Saturday session, with pre- and post-assignments.

Online: classes are typically held over a four-week period and include weekly web conference sessions.

  • MBA requires one residency - the capstone course taken at our Philadelphia executive campus in the Chubb Hotel & Conference Center in LaFayette Hill PA.
  • M.S. can be taken entirely online.

SJU's Food Marketing graduate program is rooted in a 50-year tradition of academic excellence in food marketing and is designed for leaders and professionals with strong backgrounds in the food industry and associated fields.

Students applying for admission must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university. 

GMAT waivers are available in some cases.
