PHILADELPHIA (March 19, 2012) – In its 2013 edition of “America’s Best Graduate Schools,” released March 13, 2012, U.S. News & World Report ranked three Saint Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business (HSB) disciplines among the ranking’s “Top 25” list for 2013.

Marketing ranked No. 14 Finance ranked No. 17 Information Systems ranked No. 22

“At the graduate level, enrollment in Haub School programs has more than doubled over the past decade," explains HSB Dean Joseph A. DiAngelo Jr., Ed.D. ’70. "The school's international reputation, built through the work of its world-renowned faculty coupled with student and alumni achievement, has contributed to our ranking success."

In 2011, the MBA curriculum was revamped in response to an evolving job market and an increased student need for flexibility. The Haub School's strength in business ethics and its foundation in the Jesuit mission have continued to pervade all courses as introductions to the curriculum provide students with relevant content and skills.

In the 2013 ranking, U.S. News lauds the recent changes to the Haub School's MBA curriculum: "The faculty, in consultation with various advisors, has developed courses encompassing creative thinking, effective communication, application of technology, and fresh ways to approach business."

The largest Jesuit undergraduate business school in the country, the Haub School is an international AACSB-accredited institution in business and accounting, offering programs at the bachelor’s, master’s and executive master’s levels. The school was named one of the nation’s top business schools in Princeton Review’s “The Best 294 Business Schools”; included among Bloomberg BusinessWeek's "Best Undergraduate Business Schools"; ranked No. 12 in the nation for infusing ethics in the curricula by The Aspen Institute; and, for eight consecutive years, has been recognized by Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for AACSB with either the Gold, Silver or Bronze Chapter Award.
