Wendy Parsons Returns to Development Team

A member of Saint Joseph's development team from 1990-1999, Wendy Parsons has returned to the University as assistant vice president for development. She possesses more than 17 years of fundraising experience working in higher education, health care and the arts.

In the 1990s, Parsons served as campaign director during Campaign 21, which raised $42 million toward construction of Mandeville Hall and the naming of the Haub School of Business in 1998. She also played a pivotal role in the previous capital campaign, which funded the construction of The Chapel of St. Joseph-Michael J. Smith, S.J., Memorial in 1992.

Parsons returns to Hawk Hill after spending the past six years at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, most recently as assistant vice president of development. During her tenure, Fox Chase raised over $100 million to support key campaign priorities.

A certified fundraising executive (CFRE), Parsons holds a master's degree from Stanford University and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Grinnell College in Iowa.
