Panelist Information
-
Rinat Hitelman, BCBA, is the Co-Founder and CEO of Wide Therapy, a patented digital platform that enables neurodiverse children and adults to independently practice and master real-world life skills through personalized self-simulation. With years of experience in clinical care and program development in autism and developmental services, Rinat has worked directly with hundreds of families, therapists, and educational teams, translating deep hands-on expertise into scalable digital innovation.
Her work is centered on bridging the gap between ability and everyday functioning, designing tools that allow individuals to build confidence, independence, and functional skills in environments that are calm, familiar, and personalized to them. Since founded, Wide Therapy has grown into a data-driven health technology platform used across therapeutic, educational, and medical settings, advancing a new model of accessible, outcome-oriented care for neurodiverse populations.
-
Amanda Lukof is the Co-Founder and CEO of Eleplan, an AI-powered care planning platform built to support families navigating disability, chronic illness, and aging. Inspired by her lived experience as a sibling caregiver and past life as an attorney and advocate, Amanda has spent her career at the intersection of social impact and family caregiving. At Eleplan, Amanda and her team are focused on reducing caregiver burden by turning fragmented information into a dynamic, shareable system that supports continuity of care, self-advocacy, and long-term planning.

Cait Russell, OTD, OTR/L is the Chief Operating Officer at Multiple, where she supports early-stage autism and neurodiversity-focused technology companies as they grow and reach more families. She brings a background in occupational therapy and operations to her work, helping bridge research, practice, and entrepreneurship.
Previously, Cait led the Neurodiversity Employment Network in Philadelphia, focused on advancing neuroinclusion in the workplace. She also works in sensory-friendly design, accessible environments, and evidence-based community programming.
Cait is committed to building practical, inclusive systems that better support individuals and families, and is grateful to be part of the Multiple community working to use technology for positive impact.
