Job Seeking Track
Participants will receive 1:1 coaching to support skill acquisition in the areas of career exploration/job searching, networking, interviewing, and preparing professional documents. This track is designed as a "preparation" program rather than a job placement program. Individuals who would be a good fit for this program are those who are independently motivated to build their professional skill set and strengthen their portfolio (resume, cover letter, networking skills, etc.)
By participating in this program, clients will:
- Be competent in all aspects of the job search process
- Be able to articulate ideal/preferred and realistic employment outcomes
- Produce a high-quality resume, cover letter template, and professional portfolio (when applicable)
- Navigate the interview process and be able to assess their own strengths and challenges
- Make personal networking connections with some tangible benefit (information, advice/guidance, references)
- Create an individualized support plan for after sessions end
