Environmental Health & Safety
Provides assistance to all Departments, employees and students to insure that the University's commitment to health, safety and environmental protection is achieved.
Responsible for managing and maintaining 125 acres and 83 buildings in Philadelphia and Lower Merion Township.
Responsible for processing disbursements of the University and ensure that University policies and procedures are followed.
Budget & Financial Planning
Responsible for oversight of the University’s operating and capital budgets, as well as the University’s multi-year financial plan.
Ensure the stewardship and management of the University's finances through effective and efficient accounting processes, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures.
Provides timely and accurate compensation as well as knowledgeable information to all faculty, professional staff and student employees.
Responsible for the timely and efficient acquisition of goods and services to ensure that both the educational and business goals of the University are met while maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
Committed to empowering employees, through partnership and support, to achieve individual and community excellence in support of a student-centered education.
Provides independent and objective auditing and consulting services to Saint Joseph’s University to evaluate strategy, operations, reporting, and compliance management systems.
Delivers reliable and secure services, provides responsive support, and advances innovative solutions to enrich student-centered education.
Handles all incoming, outgoing, interoffice mail, and packages for faculty, staff, and students.
