Peer Tutoring

Our Peer Tutoring program pairs you with a trained peer who has taken your course and earned an A. Tutoring appointments are offered either one-on-one or in small group settings and are free of cost. See below to view the courses served and make an appointment.

Schedule Appointment

  • We offer tutoring in a wide range of subjects and courses. If you are new to tutoring, please review the directions below for setting up an account with our tutor scheduling system. Happy studying!

    To schedule a peer tutoring appointment:

    • Access the WCOnline scheduling system at http://mywco.com/learning
    • If you do not already have an account, create one by clicking on the blue "Register for an Account" link.
    • Log into the system using your new account.
    • Choose "Peer Tutoring" from the drop-down box on the login page.
    • Use the "Show All 'Course/Topic' Options" box at the top of the schedule to search by course.
      White boxes indicate open appointment times. Click on a white box to make an appointment.
    • Check your email for your appointment confirmation.

  • The Office of Learning Resources will offer tutoring in the following subjects for Fall 2026:

Supplemental Instruction (Hawk Hill only)

Supplemental Instruction (SI) is an academic support program that targets specific courses within the University. As part of the program, peer leaders offer group review sessions, open to all students enrolled in the targeted course. During the one-hour sessions, students review notes, discuss readings, develop study strategies and prepare for examinations. SI Leaders are students who have previously, and successfully, completed the targeted course. SI Leaders attend all class lectures, take notes and serve as "model students" for their classmates.
