Housed in the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, North America’s first college of pharmacy, the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences offers programs in the growing fields of pharmaceutical sciences and pharmacology and toxicology.

    Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Development Bachelor’s, Minor Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, School of Health Professions

    Find your calling in developing, manufacturing and evaluating medications as a pharmaceutical sciences and drug development major. Saint Joseph’s is one of the few universities in the U.S. that offers a BS in pharmaceutical sciences and drug development.

    Pharmacology and Toxicology Bachelor’s, Minor Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, School of Health Professions

    The pharmacology and toxicology program at Saint Joseph’s is one of the few undergraduate programs of its kind in the country. Examine the effectiveness and toxicity of chemicals and medications as a pharmacology and toxicology major through a hands-on, career-focused curriculum.

    Saint Joseph’s Drug Development and Industrial Pharmacy MS prepares students to learn the science and practice of how drug delivery systems are developed. Working one-on-one with expert faculty, students will gain insight and foresight as they uncover new areas of research in our state-of-the-art laboratories.
