Saint Joseph’s University offers three pathways to the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program, including a 5 1/2 year program as a direct-entry freshman student, a graduate degree and transfer options.

Doctoral

    Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Doctoral School of Health Professions

    The Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program is designed for individuals with a bachelor’s degree who seek to become physical therapists. Through this program, you’ll play a critical and rewarding role in improving health outcomes for patients by optimizing movement and helping prevent disease.

    BS to Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Bachelor’s, Doctoral School of Health Professions

    Become a skilled physical therapy practitioner and earn a wealth of clinical experience while graduating in 5 1/2 years through Saint Joseph’s direct entry physical therapy program. Enter as a first-year undergraduate or transfer student to earn a bachelor’s in exercise physiology or health science and continue on to your DPT without having to reapply.
