APEX celebrates and values the 1000+ SJU alumni who have participated in APEX throughout its 30 year history, the dozens of community service partners and sites, and the many friends of APEX, both on and off campus, who continue to support and sustain this experiential program.
Here are some ways you can stay connected and involved:
- Donate! - One of the best ways to give back to APEX is through a financial contribution. The cost of this program continues to rise and it is not possible for students to cover the full cost on their own. Alumni and friends of APEX are encouraged to donate to support the current SJU APEX Community so they can continue the 30+ year tradition of encountering the communities of Appalachia through kinship and service.
- SJU APEX Community on LinkedIn - With 30+ years of APEX and 4,000+ alumni, we invite you to connect and reconnect with each other, with the current community of APEX participants, and the APEX program.
- Serve as an APEX Facilitator - 1-2 APEX alumni are invited to serve as facilitators for each APEX Site. Learn more about the Facilitator Role and Responsibilities.
