Joe DiAngelo
Joseph DiAngelo was appointed Dean of the Erivan K. Haub School of Business of Saint Joseph's University in August 2000. He is a Professor of Management with a specialty in Human Resource Management. Dr. DiAngelo received a B.S. degree from Saint Joseph's University, an MBA from Widener University, and a doctorate from Temple University.
Dr. DiAngelo’s research has been published in Management and HR journals including Business Economics, Business Forum, The SAM Advanced Management Journal, and Personnel as well as the Journal of Catholic Higher Education. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association, and The Society of Human Resource Management.
Dr. DiAngelo served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of AACSB International, the premier accrediting organization for business schools throughout the world. He also served as President of the Middle Atlantic Association of Colleges of Business Administration, the professional organization for business schools in the five state Mid Atlantic Region. He previously served on the Board of Trustees at Robert Morris University. He has served as a consultant and/or Chair of Peer Review Teams for over 90 schools throughout the world seeking accreditation. Dr. DiAngelo served on the board of The Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority (PICA), a state government agency that oversees the annual budget and 5-year budget plan for the City of Philadelphia. He served on the Board of the Faith in the Future Foundation, that had oversight over the fifteen high schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
He had served as the Dean of the School of Business at Widener University for 13 years prior to joining Saint Joseph's University.
Robert Fleming
Robert Fleming is a seasoned Talent Development Leader with a passion for cultivating leadership and driving organizational excellence. He holds an MBA from Villanova University and brings a wealth of experience in operations, performance improvement, executive coaching, and strategic talent initiatives. At Armstrong World Industries, Robert leads the Talent Development team, focusing on operational excellence, financial literacy, and professional growth for high-potential leaders.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Robert is deeply committed to community service. He actively supports the Pennsylvania Hunt Cup, a historic steeplechase event that raises funds for local charities, and volunteers with Greenmore Farm Animal Rescue, advocating for animal welfare and rehabilitation.
Robert lives in Kennett Square, PA, with his two dogs and two cats. He and his partner, Angela, have four adult children: Dylan, Nash, Barrett, and Marra. He enjoys camping, hiking, gardening, and generally any outdoor activity. Robert is honored to join the advisory board at Saint Joseph’s University, where he looks forward to contributing his expertise to support the university’s mission and the development of future leaders.
Keith Gatto
Keith Gatto, PhD, is a higher education executive specializing in professional and executive development, organizational leadership, and enterprise learning partnerships. He is Director of the Center for Professional and Executive Education at Saint Joseph’s University, where he leads market strategy, partnership development, and program innovation to support workforce upskilling and organizational capability building.
Previously, Dr. Gatto served at the University of California, Berkeley as Director of Academic Affairs for Executive Education, where he built strategic learning programs for Silicon Valley companies and international partners, developed leadership and innovation curricula, and taught in executive and doctoral programs. His academic focus includes the psychology of leadership, with specializations in positive psychology and innovation. He has also taught graduate courses in the psychology of leadership at Penn State University and has published research on leadership, positive psychology, and innovation.
He has held academic leadership roles as Associate Provost at The American College of Financial Services, overseeing programs serving more than 10,000 working professionals annually. Earlier in his career, he worked in account management, marketing, and organizational development at Vanguard, MFS Investment Management (MFS), and Cigna.
He holds degrees from Villanova University, Cambridge College, and the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, as well as certificates of distinction from the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Michigan, and the University of California, Berkeley.
Pamela Hernandez
Pamela Hernandez is a seasoned program manager with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in operations leadership, workforce development, and strategic project management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Professional Development within SEI’s Learning and Development division, she leads initiatives that enhance employee performance, streamline training delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Pamela is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, known for her strengths-based approach to team development and leadership coaching. She is passionate about driving growth, fostering collaboration, and creating impactful learning experiences.
Rich Hipp
Rich Hipp is a dynamic business executive and advisor with a proven history of leading and transforming family-owned, privately held companies. With experience as a four-time CEO and non-family member leader across diverse industries, Rich excels in developing and executing strategies that drive growth, operational excellence, and value creation.
His collaborative leadership style ensures alignment with stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and delivering results that uphold organizational values. Rich is currently the CEO of SLM Facilities Nationwide, headquartered in Green Lane, PA, and serves on the Board of Advisors for Village Handcrafted Cabinetry in Lansdale, PA.
He received his BA from Widener University and his Executive MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.
Robert Hoffman
Robert Hoffman is a 1984 graduate of Saint Joseph’s University and brings more than 30 years of experience in the Latin America and Caribbean food industry. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise in regional distribution, export strategy, and market expansion.
He spent more than 15 years with a leading Puerto Rico food and beverage distribution company, where he gained extensive experience in supply chains and regional market dynamics. He later spent seven years with UNFI, leading efforts to open new markets across the Caribbean.
Building on this foundation, Bob has worked for over a decade in independent export management, helping food brands successfully enter and grow within Latin American and Caribbean markets. For the past five years, he has also served as a consultant, advising food companies on export development and regional expansion strategies.
With decades of hands-on experience and an extensive network throughout the region, Bob specializes in helping food brands navigate international distribution and build sustainable growth in Latin America and the Caribbean.
April Lebo
I'm April Lebo, the VP of Demand and Development for Probo Medical. I lead the demand generation strategies as well as design global initiatives to strengthen company culture and people development. I am also the Founder and President of the Women In Leadership Society, LLC. An organization dedicated to motivating, inspiring and empowering women in HealthCare Technology Management. I’m deeply passionate about helping people unlock their potential and become the best versions of themselves.
Joseph MacDonald
Dr. MacDonald serves as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Penn State Health – Lancaster Medical Center, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in hospital medicine and healthcare leadership. He is recognized for driving clinical innovation, building effective teams, and advancing patient care. A U.S. Army combat veteran and Bronze Star recipient, Dr. MacDonald is known for his strategic insight and collaborative approach. He earned his MBA in Healthcare Management from St. Joseph’s University and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. MacDonald is committed to fostering excellence in healthcare and supporting the next generation of leaders through education and mentorship.

Joe McDonald serves as Director of Corporate & Industry Partnerships at the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University, where he develops strategic relationships that advance the educational goals of organizations and their employees.
He brings a diverse background spanning membership consulting with the Project Management Institute and leadership roles in consumer, shopper, and customer marketing at The Hershey Company.
Joe holds both an MBA and a BS in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
Alison Nolan
Alison Nolan is Executive Director of the Academy of Food Marketing at Saint Joseph’s University, where she leads industry partnerships, fundraising, and student development for one of the nation’s top food marketing programs. Known for her ability to connect people and ideas, she has helped grow the Academy’s fundraising from $80,000 to over $1 million annually while building a strong network of corporate partners.
Alison is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and creating meaningful connections between students and the food industry. Prior to her current role, she held leadership positions at Drexel University and spent more than 15 years in brand management at companies including Campbell’s, Tropicana, and Kellogg’s, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and driving innovation across iconic brands.
She holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland.
Greg Silvesti
Greg Silvesti is the Vice President of Digital Innovation and Strategy at Travere Therapeutics, where he focuses on leveraging AI and other digital technologies to automate operations and improve outcomes and experiences for patients with rare kidney diseases.
Prior to joining Travere, Greg held multiple roles in digital innovation, digital health, and strategy at AbbVie, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Johnson & Johnson.
Greg most recently served as Vice President of Digital Health and Innovation at Sage Therapeutics, where he built a new innovation function that led digital efforts across clinical development programs as well as commercial capabilities supporting Zurzuvae. This included oversight of the organization’s web experience and strategy, orchestrated customer engagement, and digital health functions.
Greg currently lives in New Hope, PA, with his wife, Lynsey, and their two children, Emerson and Bennett.
