The Kinney Center has a full functioning PAES Lab that can be rented by schools and organizations for transition aged students.
What is PAES?
The PAES (Practical Assessment Exploration System) Lab is a research based transition assessment system designed to give students the opportunity to identify employment aptitude, functional skills, career interests, and work behaviors and then engage in work and develop skills through real job tasks in a structured environment. Schools and programs across the country use PAES to support transition and employment readiness. The Kinney Center has a full functioning PAES Lab that can be rented by schools and organizations for transition aged students. We provide training to your program staff and have the ability to staff the lab with SCHOLARS and full time Kinney staff members to assist in recording data.
