Colleen Kutschera graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020, studying Environmental Science and French. She then spent another four years at Penn working in the Office of International Development. She joined the Kinney Center team in May 2026.
As part of the Kinney Center's Operations Team, Colleen is responsible for providing administrative and project management support, with a special focus on the hiring and onboarding of Kinney's large team of student workers.
Colleen lives in South Philly with her partner and two cats.
