Isabel (Izzy) Casey graduated from Saint Joseph's University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Autism Behavioral Studies. She continued her education at Saint Joseph's, earning her master's degree in Social Work in 2026.
Izzy has been a part of the Kinney Center since 2019, serving in a variety of roles including SCHOLAR, Peer Mentor, Practicum Student, and Graduate Assistant for the ASPIRE College Support Program. These experiences have provided her with a strong understanding of supporting autistic students as they transition to and succeed in college.
In 2026, Izzy joined the Kinney Center's full-time staff as the Assistant Director of College Transitional Support within the ASPIRE College Support Program. In this role, she supports high school students and recent graduates as they explore and determine their next steps after high school. She is passionate about helping students identify their goals, build confidence, develop independence, and strengthen the self-advocacy skills needed for success in college, employment, or other postsecondary pathways. As both a former student and long-time member of the Kinney Center community, Izzy is excited to create a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment where students can discover their strengths and achieve their goals.
