The Magis Education Scholars program develops educators to "do more" for and with others through three values:
- Learning through Service: applying theory to practice through a service learning/field work-based course located within a local K-8 school; fostering college-possible perspectives among local K-12 students
- Creating a Community: engaging with fellow cohort members and a local K-8 school community through academic and socio-emotional programming
- Growing Professionally and Personally: participating in leadership, career and socio-emotional development for aspiring educators; expanding professional and social networks
