Modern & Classical Languages Academic Programs and Degrees

The Department of Modern and Classical Languages offers an undergraduate major and minor in classical studies, French, Italian, Spanish and linguistics. In addition to the traditional linguistics major, students also have the option of concentrating in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). The department also offers programs in ancient cultures, German, Chinese language and culture, Italian studies, Francophone studies and TESOL.
