Excellent Preparation to Become an Italian Teacher

Saint Joseph's University's Italian minor seeks to address the national need for competent Italian teachers. Granting a Pennsylvania Teacher Certification in Italian, the program is excellent preparation for students who intend to teach Italian, thanks to its emphasis on Italian language, culture and literature.

What Can I Do With A Minor in Italian?

A concentration in Italian can be the basis for graduate or professional study. Italian minors may pursue careers in a number of disciplines, not only romance languages, Italian and comparative literature, but also:
