Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unless expressly otherwise stated in the program or registration materials, refunds will be made available to individuals who submit a written withdrawal request from Kinney Center programming on or before the date that is 14 days before the first session for that program. All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to the Director of Programs or the Program Director for the specific program (Camp Director for Camp). 

The Kinney Center does not guarantee or otherwise offer refunds in any other circumstances, including, without limitation for weather cancellations or participant illness. If a program is terminated or canceled because of inclement weather or any other emergency circumstances, the Kinney Center may, at its sole discretion, reschedule or issue a partial refund or credit, which will be communicated to registered participants at the contact information provided. 

Application fees for Camp Kinney and ASPIRE are non-refundable.  ASPIRE and Residence Hall withdrawals are subject to the Saint Joseph’s University refund policy.

Please be advised that the Kinney Center is required to follow the Saint Joseph's University operating schedule.  If Saint Joseph's University is closed for any reason, the Kinney Center must also close, and in some cases, cancel programs. If there is an official Saint Joseph's University holiday, there is no Kinney Center programming that day.  Please check Saint Joseph's University’s website, www.sju.edu, for all weather-related incidents and closures.
