Get Career Ready
It all starts with you. The Jesuit principle of “living the magis” calls you to look inward, reflect on your choices and choose to live greater, not only for yourself but also for those around you. The Career Center supports you in the lifelong process of personal discovery and discernment.
As you progress through college to achieve career readiness, knowing the 8 Career Readiness Competencies (CRCs) can serve as a road map. The CRCs help connect your coursework, campus involvement, service, and internships to the skills employers want, helping you develop an intentional plan to support your post graduate goals.
We offer access to the FOCUS2 career assessment to help you discover who you are and what you’re most passionate about. While optional, an in-person or virtual appointment with a career counselor to discuss your results can be a great first step in your career exploration. We also offer career exploration resources below for you to learn how you can connect your major, minor or graduate coursework to your career interests and options.
