Art Vallely
President, Penske Truck Leasing
Art Vallely became President of Penske Truck Leasing in 2019 after serving as Senior Vice President since 2006. During his tenure, he assumed expanded responsibilities across vehicle supply, remarketing, and non-vehicle procurement. Art joined Penske in 1992 as an Area Rental Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region and progressed through multiple district and general management roles. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the College of St. Joseph in Rutland, Vermont.
Robert Almond Jr.
Chief Executive Officer, NEST
Robert “Rob” Almond Jr. is the CEO of NEST, a pioneer of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) in North America since 1994. Under his leadership, NEST has developed industry-leading software solutions that deliver advanced business and financial analytics for clients and service providers. Rob has played a key role in expanding NEST’s enterprise-wide IFM offerings to drive operational efficiency and cost savings. He attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and earned his MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.
Rina Desai
Principal/Owner, Eigen X
Rina Desai specializes in enterprise clients and large-scale technology deployments, with extensive experience in SAP functional support, process improvement, consulting, and deployment leadership. Prior to joining Eigen X, she held roles at AmeriGas, Tata Consulting Services, and SMART Business Consulting. Rina has worked across multiple industries, including utilities, telecommunications, higher education, non-profit, and pharmaceuticals. She holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
Amanda Bailey
Manager, Market Research & Insights, Cencora
Amanda Bailey is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with dual majors in Finance and Business Intelligence & Analytics. She developed a strong interest in data analytics and visualization through mentoring, co-op, and work-study experiences during her undergraduate studies. Following graduation, Amanda joined AmerisourceBergen, where she supports the Consumer Products team by delivering reporting and analytical insights that help drive data-informed decision-making.
Jarrett Hurms
Adjunct Professor, Decision and System Sciences
Jarrett Hurms is an Adjunct Professor of Decision and System Sciences in the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University, where he teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses in analytics and data management. He also serves as a Principal Consultant with Analytica Solutions and as Resident Statistician and Research Project Manager with SJU’s Institute of Clinical Bioethics. Jarrett’s expertise spans data visualization, predictive analytics, enterprise data management, and emerging technologies. He holds multiple graduate degrees in applied mathematics and analytics and will soon begin pursuing a Ph.D. in Risk & Decision Analytics.

Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting, TD
Jeannie Terry is a solutions-oriented analytics professional with over 18 years of experience designing, developing, and managing business intelligence solutions across diverse industries. She has demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, data mining, automated BI development, and translating business needs into effective reporting and data warehouse solutions. Jeannie’s work has consistently focused on improving productivity, decision-making, and organizational efficiency.
Melissa Pomilio
Director, IT Business Operations, Sierra Nevada Corporation
Melissa Pomilio is the Corporate Senior Director of Integrated Program Management at Sierra Nevada Corporation, where she has also served as Director of Program Management and Senior Program Manager. Prior to joining Sierra Nevada Corporation, Melissa spent 16 years at AAI Corporation and worked at Boeing. She brings extensive experience in program management and systems engineering within the aerospace and defense industry. Melissa holds a Master of Science degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics from Saint Joseph’s University.
Michael Marzano
Assistant Professor of Practice, Food Marketing
Michael Marzano is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Food Marketing at Saint Joseph’s University, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the food and consumer packaged goods industry to the classroom. He has held leadership roles across the food supply chain with companies including Cadbury, Kraft Foods, Mondelez International, and Sysco. Michael has led data-driven initiatives across category management, shopper insights, retail execution, and supply chain operations.
Neil Desnoyers
Adjunct Professor, Decision and System Sciences
Neil Desnoyers is an Adjunct Professor in the Decision and System Sciences Department at the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University, where he teaches undergraduate MIS courses. Since 2017, he has also served as an elected member of the Upper Darby School District Board. Neil holds an MS in Decision Sciences and an MBA from Drexel University, along with an undergraduate degree in Architecture.
