Art Vallely
Vallely became President of Penske Truck Leasing in 2019. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President starting in mid-2006. Along the line, he added vehicle management responsibilities, which includes vehicle supply, vehicle remarketing and non-vehicle procurement. He joined Penske in 1992 as an Area Rental Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Area, and ascended to district manager roles in Landover, MD and North Bergen, NJ. In 2000, Vallely was named General Manager for Penske Utility Rental, and became Vice President – Commercial Rental in 2001. Vallely earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from College of St. Joseph in Rutland, VT.
Rina Desai
Rina is focused on enterprise clients and large scale technology deployments. Rina has extensive experience in SAP functional support, process improvement, consulting, and leading deployment teams. Prior to joining Eigen X, Rina held positions at AmeriGas as a SAP Senior Process Analyst, Tata Consulting Services and SMART Business Consulting. Rina has worked on projects in the Utilities, Telecommunications, Non-Profit, Higher Education and Pharmaceutical industries.
Rina holds an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor's in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. In her spare time, Rina enjoys cooking, trying new food and wine, yoga, and traveling with her family and friends.
Chris Santoleri
Chris is an experienced data-driven Project Manager and hands-on Developer who has been leading data related projects in the Digital Analytics space for over 12 years. Chris graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and has been working with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100 organizations in areas such as Analytics modernization and optimization, data pipeline development, and data visualization. Through his tenure with Eigen X, Chris has engaged in large-scale analytics implementations in industries including Life Sciences, Non-Profit, Manufacturing, and Energy. He has been a part of and led teams as both the technical and functional subject matter expert, delivering successful and timely solutions for clients. Chris has experience with many of the leading Modern BI tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, and Alteryx.
Rachel Cinelli
Experienced professional with a demonstrated history in business analytics, data visualization, and project management. Skilled at solving client reporting challenges through an understanding of their business and core values. Expertise in designing and developing interactive visualizations, with a Certificate in Data Visualization from the University of Washington.
Melissa Pomilio
Melissa currently serves as the Corporate Senior Director of Integrated Program Management at Sierra Nevada Corporation. Previously, she held roles as Director of Program Management and Senior Program Manager within the same organization. Prior to her tenure at Sierra Nevada Corporation, Melissa accumulated 16 years of experience at AAI Corporation and also worked at Boeing.
She holds a Master of Science degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics from SJU. With expertise in program management and systems engineering, Melissa Pomilio brings a wealth of experience in leading and directing complex projects within the aerospace and defense industry.
Nicolle Clements
Nicolle Clements is an Associate Professor at Saint Joseph's University in the Department of Decision System Sciences. She is the Academic Coordinator of the MS in Business Intelligence & Analytics program. She earned her doctoral degree in Statistics from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where she specialized in high dimensional multiple testing procedures. She also holds an M.S. in Statistics from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Mathematics from Millersville University. Dr. Clements has been teaching since 2009 and working as a statistical consultant since 2010. Her research interests currently include spatial and environmental applications of multiple testing procedures, multiplicative time series modeling, and statistical analysis procedures dealing with substance abuse treatment.
Jeannie Terry
Solutions oriented and highly analytical candidate with 18 years experience in the design, analysis, development and management of Business Intelligence Solutions across diverse industries. Demonstrated excellence in gathering requirements from the user for new or updated Reporting tools or Data Warehouses and translating them into database and report requirements. Skilled at data mining, conceptualizing, and developing automated solutions which can be deployed to ultimately increase the overall productivity of the company.

Katie Campbell Garwood
Dr. Garwood has taught a variety of Business Intelligence and Analytics courses in the Decision and System Sciences department for more than 14 years. With a PhD in Statistics, she was elevated to assistant professor in fall 2014 and has taught various undergraduate and graduate courses in basic and advanced topics in analytics. Her research interests include rank ordered statistical comparisons, sustainability rankings, forecasting, modeling and data visualization. Her passion is providing analytics and statistical consulting for social justice projects. Some interesting projects include a collaboration with the United Nations culminating in data visualization and integration of reported data to identify trends and strengths of Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) schools. Within the classroom and in research, she works to provide educational analysis for underserved students in the Fe y Alegría School System.
Amanda Bailey
Amanda is a recent graduate of Saint Joseph’s with majors in both Finance and Business Intelligence & Analytics. She became interested in and ultimately came to love data analytics and visualization through various mentoring, co-op, work study, and contracting opportunities during her tenure as an undergraduate student. Post graduation, Amanda now supports the Consumer Products team at AmerisourceBergen by providing reporting and valuable analytical insights that enable the team to deliver meaningful healthcare products and solutions to customers worldwide.
