The two-year Medical Communications and Scientific Exchange Fellowship in Solid Tumor Oncology at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine offers unique rotational experiences that enable the fellow to develop and apply skills across various roles, including Medical Communications, Scientific Communications, and Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Communications and other Medical A!airs functional areas as applicable. The fellow will gain valuable experience within the Solid Tumor Oncology franchise, contributing to both marketed and investigational therapies for bladder, prostate, and lung cancers. This role will involve evaluating scientific literature, creating and reviewing medical content, and helping to shape overall medical strategy. The fellow may also have the opportunity to support Medical Information booths at national medical conferences. The fellow will also develop the skills to responsibly, compliantly, and effectively leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and support various MCSE activities.

The Biotherapeutic Drug Product & Clinical Trial Development fellowship program provides the fellow with an opportunity to work on new modalities and technologies within the Drug Product Development & Delivery function of Johnson & Johnson. The fellow will be integrated into a team of scientists and engineers to engage in the development of new biologic and combination drug products using hands-on, laboratory-based techniques. The fellow will also work alongside a Trial Delivery Leader to plan and execute clinical trials. We are recruiting one fellow for this program to begin in 2027.
