Tell us a little bit about your internship position:

"I help in a variety of capacities with ongoing projects in the office. My work has included research to assist investment as well as projects helping to identify and visualize investment risk."

How did you get your current position?

"I was introduced to the job through a personal connection. In preparing for the interview, I utilized a variety of Career Development Center resources such as resume edits and interview prep."

What is some advice that you would give to students who are currently searching for internships/who are about to do their first internship?

"I would say that you should apply to any place that you are interested. It is likely that you won't fit all of the qualifications but employers are willing to hire someone who they feel is a good fit for the company and likely to learn and succeed."
