October 15: UPDATE Overbrook Satellite Election Office Closed Today

On Tuesday, the University announced shuttle service to and from Overbrook Elementary School, one of Philadelphia’s satellite election offices. Due to facilities maintenance issues, this satellite office will be closed today, Thursday, October 15.

The Overbrook office is expected to reopen tomorrow, and Philadelphia voters are encouraged to stop by to apply for, receive and return their mail-in ballots. Additional shuttle service has been added to accommodate for today’s closure:

• Saturday, October 17: noon - 4 p.m.
• Monday, October 19: 3 - 7 p.m. (New)

The shuttle will run on a continuous loop, picking up at the Mandeville Hall shuttle stop and dropping off at Overbrook Elementary School. Be sure to bring your mask, hand sanitizer and photo identification if you are a first-time voter.

Can’t make the shuttle times? Overbrook Elementary School is just a short distance from campus. Through Tuesday, November 3, you can visit the location Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or Friday through Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You can also register to vote and request your absentee ballot online. Please note that deadlines for PA voter registration (Monday, October 19) and absentee ballot requests (Tuesday, October 27) still apply.
