Three Saint Joseph's women's lacrosse alumnae have been selected to represent Australia in the Women's Sixes competition at The World Games, held Aug. 7–11 in Chengdu, China.

The World Games, a quadrennial Olympic-style event, features the sixes format — a fast-paced, small-sided version of lacrosse with six players per team on the field at a time, resulting in smaller rosters than the traditional field game.

Australia's 12-player roster includes Bonnie Yu '24, Stephanie Kelly '21 and Rebecca Lane '19. Saint Joseph's leads all universities with three selections to the squad, while Loyola (Md.) is the only other program with multiple players on the roster.

Kelly remains Saint Joseph's all-time leader in assists (110) and ranks second in career points (237). As a senior, she posted a program-record 91 points, tallying 46 goals and 45 assists, and was named Atlantic 10 Co-Offensive Player of the Year.

Lane follows closely behind in the record books, one of only three Hawks to eclipse 200 career points. She ranks third all-time in scoring (209), fourth in assists (84) and seventh in goals (127), earning All-Conference honors twice and Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Year recognition in 2016.

Yu, a dynamic two-way midfielder, scored 93 career goals and finished with 121 points. She is one of 12 players in program history with more than 100 career draw controls (116), and led the Hawks in scoring in 2023 with 43 goals. She also recorded double-digit caused turnovers in each of her final two seasons, earning back-to-back First Team All-Conference honors.
