6th Annual High School Analytics & Data Visualization Competition Spring 2027
The Department of Decision and System Sciences at Saint Joseph’s University is proud to host this two-round team competition, culminating in an on-campus final event at the Haub School of Business. High school students will explore a dataset, create visualizations, and present their findings to judges from academia and industry.
No specific coursework or skill set is required. This competition is really about problem-solving, finding patterns that may not be obvious, and being able to tell a story about data while simultaneously developing critical thinking, presentation, leadership, and other transferable skills.
Key Dates
- Registration Deadline: December 18, 2026
- Round 1: March 3, 2027 at 5:30 PM virtual over Zoom (all teams)
- Round 2: March 17, 2027 at 8:30 AM–1:00 PM in person at Hawk Hill (top 8 teams)
