Harriet Goodheart provides strategic communications counsel at all levels, advancing the University’s mission to both internal and external constituencies, and serving as the University’s spokesperson. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Office of University Communications and directs a wide range of communications services for the University community, all designed to enhance the reputation of Saint Joseph's.

A member of a number of professional organizations, she earned her master’s degree from Temple University and her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan.

Steigleman earned her bachelor's degree in communication/journalism from Shippensburg University in 2001. She earned her master's degree in writing studies from Saint Joseph's in 2010.
