Be sure to filter on the school name, "Saint Joseph's University." Then, you will also be able to search on student class year, major, graduation date and GPA.
Be sure to search using the full word “Saint.” For step-by-step instructions, check out this guide.
Please allow 2 business days for employer and job posting approvals.

The reasons for being declined can include any of the following:
- Not including a full company address
- Using an email address with a domain that is different than the company website

- Being an in-home employer
- Having a very low trust score

Help with Scheduling On-Campus Visits
No, this service is free to employers.
We charge a small fee of $25.00 for coffee chats, information sessions and information tables. Virtual information sessions and coffee chats are free.
Pre-select schedules should be requested at least three weeks prior to the interview day. This allows enough time for the Career Center to generate awareness about the position and for students to submit applications.
Help with In-Home Positions
Saint Joseph’s University has partnered with app-based job portal QuadJobs for all in-home or project-based job opportunities for our students. Employers can hire students for part-time and one-time jobs in the communities surrounding campus as well as for jobs that can be done remotely. Employers can communicate with and pay students directly through the app. While the service is free for all students, a small service fee will be charged to the employer.
Account registration for employers:
- Download the app from Google Play or the Apple Store
- Set up your account profile and enter the credit card you would like to use to pay students for your job(s)
- Feel free to connect with QuadJobs directly if you have any questions about posting opportunities
Help with Micro-Internships
Saint Joseph’s University has partnered with Parker Dewey to post Micro-Internships. Micro-Internships are short-term, paid, professional assignments that are similar to those given to new hires or interns. These projects enable Career Launchers to demonstrate skills, explore career paths, and build their networks as they seek the right full-time role. Unlike traditional internships, Micro-Internships can take place year-round, typically range from 5 to 40 hours of work, and conclude between one week and one month after kick-off. Create a Parker Dewey account to get started.
