Registrar Policies: Course Scheduling & Catalog Resources

Finals Schedule

Room Reservation Process

Event and Room Reservation Portal: use Coursedog to to use University space for an event or meeting.

Additional information about meeting and event spaces in the Post Learning Commons and Drexel Library is posted on the library site.

  • The Registrar's Office will begin reviewing and approving requests for classroom space once add/drop concludes for the semester.  If you have questions or need assistance, please submit a service request.

    You must make your request at least 3 business days prior to when you need the room.  Classroom requests will not be approved until after add/drop and classrooms cannot be reserved during the week of final exams.

    Please be advised that classes have 15 minutes of reserved time between them, so if there is a class ending immediately before or prior to your event, you need to allow for 15 minutes between the class and your reservation.
