Christine Roussel, PharmD, BCOP

Dr Christine Roussel is a Board-certified Oncology Pharmacist with a Bachelors in toxicology and Doctorate in pharmacy from University of the Sciences. Her passions include occupational exposure to hazardous drugs, compounding and legislative topics, such as medical cannabis.
She is the Assistant Director of Pharmacy at Doylestown Hospital, an adjunct professor at SJU, and co-founder of the American Society of Cannabis Pharmacists.
Dr. Roussel is a facilitator and content author for Medisca (LP3 Network), for whom she provides over 100 hours of CE on sterile, non-sterile and hazardous drug compounding throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as serves as a pharmacy consultant specializing in compliance and compounding facility design.
Maria Foy, PharmD, BCPS, CPE
Maria is a clinical pharmacy specialist in Palliative Care at Abington Hospital Jefferson Health, a 660 bed community teaching hospital outside of Philadelphia. Maria graduated from Temple with a BS in Pharmacy and holds a PharmD from USciences.
A Certified Pain Educator (CPE) and board certified in pharmacotherapy (BCPS), Maria received the Joe E. Smith Award from the PA Society of Health System Pharmacy in 2017, the states’ recognition for excellence in clinical practice. She was recognized with a Patient Safety Award at Abington Jefferson Health for her work to develop safe opioid prescribing practices.
Adam C. Lake, M.D., FAAFP, AAHIVS, FACMQ
Dr. Adam Lake practices at Penn LGHealth in Lancaster, where he is on the faculty of the family medicine residency program. His areas of expertise include addiction medicine, HIV/AIDS, Hep-C, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender health.
Dr Lake studied linguistics and biochemistry at Grinnell College, medicine at Temple University, permaculture and traditional medicine in Latin America, and completed a fellowship in population health. Dr Lake is a registered physician in the PA Medical Marijuana program, and lectures locally and regionally on treatment of opioid use disorder and medical marijuana.
