Major Bianca R. Donahay

Captain Bianca R. Donahay is an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies at Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 750, St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is responsible for leading, recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluating over fifty highly qualified young men and women as prospective Air Force officers. She directly liaises with 24 universities in the greater Philadelphia Area mentoring cadets through an aggressive four-year training program.

Captain Donahay is originally from Orlando, Florida and earned her commission through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 159 at the University of Central Florida in 2015. She has served in a wide variety of roles and assignments, working hand-in-hand with different career fields, foreign national militaries, and Air Force military leaders. Prior to her current assignment, she was the Information Integration Officer on the RC-135 RIVET JOINT, where she provided real-time airborne intelligence in defense of a free and open Indo-Pacific. Additionally, Major Donahay has deployed in support of operations INHERENT RESOLVE and DELIBERATE RESOLVE.
