Leadership, Ethics and Organizational Sustainability B.B.A.
The bachelor of business administration in leadership, ethics and organizational sustainability (LEO) at Saint Joseph’s University prepares students to respond to the ever-changing relationship that business has with society.
Our professors will challenge you to re-examine business practices in light of social, environmental, political and economic shifts. The program guides them toward becoming leaders who care about the long-term, sustainable effectiveness of their organizations.
You'll be inspired to work for the greater good in regard to leadership, social responsibility, ethics and justice. This is achieved through the use of natural resources, lifestyles that minimize pollution, organizations that are socially responsible, societies that recognize the importance of fairness and principled individuals who behave in an ethical manner.
The program aims to develop leaders who are ethically sound and socially just — in short, to be men and women with and for others (a Jesuit value), while earning a degree from one of the top-ranked business schools in the country according U.S. News & World Report, and the Princeton Review.
Please note that this degree program cannot be completed entirely online, though many of our non-major courses can be. Students may be required to take some daytime courses on campus for this major.
