December 7, 2021: A Message from the President

TO: Members of the Class of 2020

RE:  A Message from the President
DATE: December 7, 2021 at 12:08 P.M.

Dear Members of the Class of 2020,

I write with a special message.

As you all know, public health guidance and restrictions due to COVID-19 have disrupted and delayed multiple attempts to conduct a traditional Commencement ceremony for the Class of 2020. The Virtual Conferral of Degrees in May 2020 and the Class Celebration in October 2021 were important, meaningful and well-done events. However, we have looked forward to when we could offer you the ceremony you deserve.

I am pleased to announce that the Class of 2020 Commencement Ceremony will take place on-campus on Saturday, May 21, 2022. Further information will be communicated as details are finalized. In the meantime, please mark your calendars, inform your families, and check the Commencement website in the coming months for the latest information.

We hope that all of you will return to Hawk Hill to formally celebrate your achievements, sit together as a class, hear your names called, walk across the platform, and share the special day with families and friends.

Sincerely,

Signature of Mark C. Reed, Ed.D., President of Saint Joseph's University

Mark C. Reed, Ed.D.
President

P.S. We want this message to reach all members of the Class of 2020. Please share it widely with your classmates and be sure to update your current contact information here.
