Italian Minor

Design, textiles, culinary industries, hospitality and tourism are central to Italy's economy. By pairing an Italian minor with a major in communications, fine and performing arts, food marketing, international relations, or international business, students situate themselves to play important roles in the growth of those industries while deepening their knowledge of Italian language, history and culture. An Italian minor from the College of Arts and Sciences strengthens academic backgrounds and prepares students to take on roles in a variety of fields, including cultural preservation, diplomacy, international business, museum education and the arts.
