Francesca Reynolds serves as Interim Vice President of Marketing and Communications, where she leads brand strategy, integrated marketing, and communications efforts in support of the University's enrollment and institutional goals. She partners cross-functionally with campus leaders to drive data-informed campaigns that elevate Saint Joseph’s reputation and deepen engagement with prospective students and key audiences.
Bringing two decades of experience in non-profit and higher education marketing, Francesca's career spans R1 public research and private universities, including Temple University and Villanova University. This cross-sector range informs a leadership approach grounded in empathy, evidence-based decision-making, and the belief that sustainable marketing impact is built through strong internal partnerships, shared institutional vision, and a cohesive student experience. At Saint Joseph’s, Francesca’s collaborative approach is further reflected in her appointment to a number of university-wide steering committees, contributing to institutional strategy and meaningful results within the university’s graduate, undergraduate, and continuing education enrollment portfolios.
Francesca holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership with a certificate in change management from Saint Joseph's University (2026). She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from LaSalle University (2005). She holds volunteer roles within her community advocating for resources and funding for special education students within the Cherry Hill School District.
