Saint Joseph’s University offers a top-ranked four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in Philadelphia and Lancaster, PA, an accelerated three-year BSN program in Lancaster and our online RN to BSN program designed for individuals who currently have an RN license and an associate or diploma in nursing. 

Lancaster-based students will hone their skills by pairing the knowledge they obtain in the classroom with hyper-realistic simulation experiences at our Center for Excellence in Practice. Philadelphia-based students will have access to a nursing facility at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Additionally, Saint Joseph’s RN to BSN program enables registered nurses to earn their bachelor’s degree through accelerated learning and flexible scheduling. These experiences will build upon the necessary hard skills to succeed in nursing, by enhancing your soft skills such as critical thinking, communication, clinical decision-making and holism.
