Food Marketing Minor for Non-Business Majors
Saint Joseph’s University’s 18-credit Food Marketing Minor for Non-Business Majors is designed for students not in the Haub School of business to expand their business knowledge and grow as strategic leaders in the food marketing industry.

Saint Joseph’s University’s unique food marketing program is one of the first of its kind and among the top food marketing programs in the world. Students enrolled in a non-business major who are interested in gaining industry experience in the food marketing field can benefit from this program. Some common additional areas of study that the food marketing minor complements include art, communication studies, English, and health sciences.
