Political Science Minor

A minor in political science is a great choice for students who are interested in studying the governments of the world around them. The minor will sharpen and broaden reading, research, presentation, writing, critical thinking and analytic skills. Students are encouraged to become involved in the experiential learning activities offered through internships, study abroad, and summer study tours. The courses required for the political science minor make it ideal to pair with majors such as history, economics or philosophy. Graduates of the program often go into careers in law, government, education and insurance.
