The program is stackable, meaning credits can be applied towards an MS in cybersecurity or MS in computer science (for students who start with the core software development certificate).

Build to the Degree: Stackable Certificates
Saint Joseph's University's cybersecurity certificate is a stackable certificate, meaning its credits can be applied to a master's degree. Those who successfully complete the cybersecurity certificate program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher can then take five additional courses to receive a master’s degree in cybersecurity. Students can also stack this certificate into the master's in computer science program after completing the core software development certificate.

Intended for professionals who are interested in improving their knowledge of cybersecurity issues and techniques, this certificate features online and on-campus courses.
