Our Post-Graduate Certificate program is a non-degree program. Participants earn their certificate by successfully completing six courses they select from a diverse and comprehensive list, covering topics like food marketing strategy, market segmentation, target marketing, food marketing research, food consumer behavior, international food marketing, foodservice, food retailing, new product development and more.
Flexible Format, Customized Course of Study

- Courses taught at our off-campus Executive Conference Center follow a unique Friday/Saturday two-day format
