An MBA With Industry Focus
The 36-credit Food Marketing MBA allows you to gain insights from a traditional MBA with an intense industry focus. You will take four business core courses and eight food-industry-focused courses including the required food marketing strategy, food marketing research and the capstone courses.
Current undergraduate students can also start earning credits towards the Food Marketing MBA, allowing them to earn a master's degree in just five years. Students interested in this 4+1 program must apply to the graduate program in their junior year and be conditionally accepted before they complete their bachelor's degree. Adult learners also have the opportunity to begin earning a master’s while completing their bachelor’s degree through the Accelerated Master’s Degree Program for Adult Learners.
Online or On Campus
The Food Marketing MBA offers students the flexibility to choose the format that works best for their schedule and learning style. We offer both an online or on campus format in this program. The on-campus courses are held on one Friday and one Saturday during the eight-week class, with the remainder of the work completed outside of the class.
