Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Management Certificate

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in Management Certificate serves students seeking to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities in the domains of diversity, equity and inclusion. This Certificate allows you to take courses on leading inclusive conversations, social identity, belonging and neurodiversity in the workplace. With this certificate, you'll be empowered to develop partnerships, create change within an organization and understand methods for implementing and evaluating DEI initiatives.
