Family Business and Entrepreneurship Minor

Saint Joseph's minor in family business and entrepreneurship prepares students with the skill sets to hedge against employment uncertainty and have greater control over their careers and financial future. The program is designed for the entrepreneurial student of any major who may want to develop the skills to launch their own business, work in a family business or apply creativity and innovation to make their idea a reality.

Entrepreneurs face a range of challenges in the process of launching successful ventures. The family business and entrepreneurship minor provides students with the skills to meet these challenges. In addition to classroom learning, students will hear directly from successful entrepreneurs, have an opportunity to work with a local business on strategic planning and explore numerous networking opportunities with Saint Joseph's vibrant alumni community of family business owners and entrepreneurs.
