STACKABLE CERTIFICATE OPTIONS:
Students who choose to earn a real estate finance certificate gain an understanding of the theory and practice of finance within the industry. The program requires completion of 12 credits with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher in courses taken at Saint Joseph's University. The program is designed by experts and connected to a deep network of alumni leaders in the real estate industry to help students take their career to the next level.
The real estate finance certificate is self-paced so you can take as many courses in a semester that makes sense with your schedule and goals.
This flexible program is offered online, on campus, or hybrid of both formats.
What Can You Do with a Financial Applications in Real Estate Certificate?
Individuals who hold a background in market finance and have an understanding of property valuation are highly sought after by employers. Students who pursue a real estate finance certificate can pursue several career paths, including the following:

You must complete FIN 550, the first course of the certificate, before you can take the remaining higher-level finance certificate courses. This course is a prerequisite for the higher-level finance courses offered.
